Prologue

"I got late again, Mahadev!! This time they will surely kill me."

I whispered to myself as i ran from the temple for my life. I ran and ran and ran to reach temple's main door. But in the middle- something unexpected happened.

No no no no.

No!! This could not be real. No it can't happen right now. I thought and shut my eyes tightly ready to get hurt by falling on the floor. Me being a clumsy girl- bumped into something hard or should I say someone hard and lost my balance fully.

I was all ready to feel the impact of whatever will happen now. I regretted my life decisions as i knew that I will fall now. I cursed myself under my breath as i bumped into the man who was doing nothing but standing there.

Last time also, when i came here- i have had hurted my elbow. And now today again- I bumped into someone and i was about to fall. Only God can save me now.

I was about to hit the ground but didn't feel anything. Soon I realised someone hands holding me on place so I couldn't fall and hurt myself.

Oh God..!!

Someone saved me- someone really saved me. I opened my eyes and found myself in someone's arms. His hands were securely wrapped around my waist. And I clutched into his shirt tightly.

I retrieved myself from him immediately and apologised for bumping into him and just turned around ready to leave. I looked at the main door and then sky and realised that I was already late. So I didn't glance back at the person who saved me and just ran away from there as fast as I could.
